October 7, 2016—I would like you all to meet Kathy Lynch, SDORC’s new lobbyist. Kathy has been hired to help with the re-authorization of the off-road vehicle program in California (Green Sticker Program). Our program is scheduled to sunset at the end of 2017 and work has already begun on reauthorizing it.
Hiring Kathy would not have been possible without a grant SDORC received from Polaris, maker of the RZR side-by-side and other off-road vehicles. Thank you Kathy and Polaris for helping us to get a better off-road vehicle program!
