Public Input Opportunities

The public is invited and encouraged to provide comments and feedback on a railroad crossing alternative at Glamis for off-highway vehicles (OHVs). The SR 78/Glamis Multi-Use Grade Separated Crossing Feasibility Study is nearing completion, and the team has identified the most feasible alternative.

You can participate in one or all of the following ways hosted by the Imperial County Transportation Commission:

Review the draft study to be posted October 8 on www.imperialctc.org/sr-78-glamis-crossing

Provide input using the comment portal on the website

Participate in virtual public meetings scheduled for October 21 and October 24, 2020 – visit www.imperialctc.org/sr-78-glamis-crossing for more information and RSVP at www.glamiscrossing.eventbrite.com

During the first round of outreach last January, you shared your vision for a potential Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) crossing in the Glamis area. Now let us know what you think about the most feasible alternative!
