18th Lost Lizard Off-road Fun Run

VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TO SELL ON SITE!!

Would you like to have a booth space at our Fun Run? Just donate a raffle item valued at a minimum of $100. Optional monetary donations are welcome.

VENDOR MOVE- IN
Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by event management based on size. All vendors must follow the move-in instructions and directions of the event management.
All personal vehicles except authorized display vehicles must be cleared from the event grounds and parked in the public parking area outside of the Base Camp area.

VENDOR CHECK-IN AND SETUP
It’s pretty straight forward since it is a one-day event. We ask all vendors to be set-up by 8:30 AM, Saturday, November 4. Fun Run is open to public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All vendors must follow the instructions and directions of the event management. Rain or shine; no refunds.

VENDOR MOVE-OUT
Vendors should not move out until after the raffle ends (approximately 7:00 PM). If you need to leave early for some reason you will need permission from event management, due to the crowd.

FOOD & DRINKS
There will be food and drinks at the event.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Deadline for vendors is October 7. Artwork and booth payment and/or raffle item must be received by this date to be secured a spot and artwork to be on the shirt.
