Ocotillo Wells SVRA is once again starting the process to form an updated general plan. This plan tells the park how it is to be managed for decades to come. We can talk about events, routes, grading roads, fences, signs, vendors, resources, programs, motorized recreation, you name it. At this point, the sky is the limit. In the next six months to a year, the park will publish a draft plan and put it out for public comment. At that point, the park will have narrowed down what they want to do considerably.
