There will be an OHMVR Commission meeting on Thursday, October 24, 2024, to consider adopting the Carnegie SVRA General Plan and FEIR before approval. The meeting will be held at the Tracy Community Center, 950 East St, Tracy, CA 95376, from 8:30 a.m. until adjournment. In addition to the in-person meeting, the virtual hearing will be hosted on the video conferencing service Zoom. Members of the public will be able to comment on specific agenda items through Zoom, phone, and in person. A full meeting agenda and a link to register to speak at the virtual hearing will be available on the Commission webpage by Thursday, October 10, 2024, in compliance with California Government Code Sections 11125(a) and (b). and virtually on CAL-SPAN starting at 8:30 a.m.
